ANNOUNCEMENT OF PREPARATION FOR THE DEFENSE DAY OF GRADUATION PROJECT AND THESIS HK231
To ensure the best defense day for your graduation project and thesis, students should pay attention to the following:
– Print Poster A0:
Each student please print the poster in A0 size, presenting a summary of the main content of their thesis.
Maximum presentation time for each topic is 20 minutes. Ask students to present briefly, focusing on main points.
- Skin:
Students should wear neat clothes (trousers, white shirts).
– Reprint Soft Copy (if necessary):
If there are new results or adjustments from the Reviewing Instructor, the student should reprint the soft book and return it to the committee on the defense day.
-Submit Report and Presentation:
Each student needs to submit their final report and presentation via the link below:
